Your Responsibilities as an Environmental Scientist:

  • Perform technical and field work with a focus on environmental compliance, site assessments, and project oversight
  • Prepare and review detailed technical reports and proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support project budget management, timelines, and deliverables under the guidance of project leaders.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.
  • Conduct site inspections, sampling, and regulatory assessments to support client environmental needs.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through clear communication and high-quality service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in environmental consulting or engineering.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite and technical report writing.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on technical detail and client service.
  • Ability to mentor junior staff and work collaboratively on field and office projects.
  • Excellent safety record and understanding of safe work practices.
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving history, and reliable transportation required.
  • Experience with Deltek Vision is a plus.
