Your Responsibilities as a Sales/Project Manager:
- Acquire New Leads and Increase Sales
- Meet Sales Goals and quotas every month
- Keep Track with individual monthly and annual Sales numbers
- Set Up, Schedule and Manage awarded projects
- Meet Clients on site and build relationships in a professional Manner
- Drive to and Perform Site Take-Offs for various areas
- Identify and Measure various Stormwater Devices on a site
- Create Site Maps in Bluebeam and Quotes in Hubspot
- Able to manage multiple projects at a time
- Public Speaking – Perform Lunch & Learn presentation in a room full of clients
Equipment/Tools
- Company Truck, Computer/Laptop, Phone, Necessary Software, Gas Card, Credit Card
- Basic Tools Needed: Hook Tool, Crescent Set, Rain Gear, Hard Hat, Eye Protection, Safety Vest, Sludge Judge
Commission
Evergreen Commissions on all awarded Contracts
Commissions given per quarter on all invoiced sales
- 0.75% – under $400K
- 1.00% - $400-699K
- 1.25% - $700-999K
- 1.50% - 1Mil+
What we're looking for:
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Punctual and Reliable
- Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint (Hubspot and Bluebeam are preferred)
- Hard Working and able to work with others
- Self-motivated and high integrity
- Organized and great with follow up
- Friendly with good phone and email etiquette
- Clean, Valid Driver’s License and Social Security Number
- Ability to Read Construction Plans/Site Maps
- Quick Learner and Teachable
- Ability to lift 75lbs occasionally and climb into tight spaces
