Summary: Apex IT India is seeking an Oracle Engagement Cloud Consultant with expertise in the Redwood (NGS) user experience. This role requires a team player who is open to cross-training and pursuing certifications, contributing both as an individual and as a mentor.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design the application using Redwood and modify Redwood pages.
  • Implement Oracle Engagement Cloud in line with the design provided by the Team Leader.
  • Take responsibility for development from definition through delivery.
  • Demonstrate strong design and development capabilities.
  • Create business process models based on client requirements.
  • Contribute both as a mentor and an individual contributor.
  • Utilize strong troubleshooting and groovy coding skills.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with Oracle Engagement Cloud or Oracle Sales Cloud CRM systems.
  • Experience implementing all CX UIs (Web, Outlook, Mobile) with knowledge of Redwood UI, responsive UI, and Visual Builder.
  • Experience with functional modules like Sales Planning, Forecasting, and Engagement Cloud Service Request functionalities.
  • Proficiency in visual builder extensions, action chains, event listeners, JSON, and JavaScript.
  • Certification in Oracle Redwood Development is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with other Oracle clouds like CPQ or OIC is beneficial.
  • Strong programming skills and ability to review complex code bases.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Capability to research, follow up, and resolve complex issues.
  • Understanding and analyzing explicit and implicit requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in Oracle CX.

Position Type and Expected Work Hours: Full-time/Permanent, 40 hours per week.
