Summary: Apex IT India is seeking an Oracle Engagement Cloud Consultant with expertise in the Redwood (NGS) user experience. This role requires a team player who is open to cross-training and pursuing certifications, contributing both as an individual and as a mentor.
Responsibilities:
- Design the application using Redwood and modify Redwood pages.
- Implement Oracle Engagement Cloud in line with the design provided by the Team Leader.
- Take responsibility for development from definition through delivery.
- Demonstrate strong design and development capabilities.
- Create business process models based on client requirements.
- Contribute both as a mentor and an individual contributor.
- Utilize strong troubleshooting and groovy coding skills.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience with Oracle Engagement Cloud or Oracle Sales Cloud CRM systems.
- Experience implementing all CX UIs (Web, Outlook, Mobile) with knowledge of Redwood UI, responsive UI, and Visual Builder.
- Experience with functional modules like Sales Planning, Forecasting, and Engagement Cloud Service Request functionalities.
- Proficiency in visual builder extensions, action chains, event listeners, JSON, and JavaScript.
- Certification in Oracle Redwood Development is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with other Oracle clouds like CPQ or OIC is beneficial.
- Strong programming skills and ability to review complex code bases.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Capability to research, follow up, and resolve complex issues.
- Understanding and analyzing explicit and implicit requirements.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in Oracle CX.
Position Type and Expected Work Hours: Full-time/Permanent, 40 hours per week.
