What You’re About

• Your passion is recruiting. You thrive on the rhythm, the highs and lows, the energy from candidates, and know how to celebrate when you close a role.
• You are an expert in sourcing with experience in full-cycle recruiting across multiple positions.
• Experience in AppSec, Security, or DevSecOps companies is a strong plus.
• In this role, you will lead the growth of Apiiro’s Product & Engineering teams end-to-end, while also supporting global GTM expansion.
• You can juggle multiple priorities, collaborate effectively with candidates, agencies, hiring managers, and colleagues.
• You embrace learning and are always ready to take on new opportunities.
• You are passionate about working in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoy being part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Over 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for Engineering and Sales roles, with experience working across global teams.
• Experience with Greenhouse is a plus.

• Lead end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders - candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Source effectively and creatively, always keeping candidate experience top of mind.
• Own new recruiting and HR initiatives that support business growth and expand your skill set.
