Role Description: Revenue Operations Manager

Overview

Apiphani is seeking a Marketing & Sales Operations Manager to support our rapid-growth trajectory toward $100M. This role will serve as a critical bridge across Marketing, Sales, and Alliances, ensuring operational excellence, asset readiness, alliance program execution, and revenue team enablement.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in coordinating complex initiatives across marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and alliance partnerships with major players, including AWS, SAP, Red Hat, SUSE, Boomi, and other future strategic firms.

Preferred candidate locations include Boston and the broader New England region, though qualified candidates across the United States will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Operations Process/Tools/KPI Support

  • Build and manage the Marketing Calendar in SharePoint, ensuring alignment across campaigns, alliances, and business development.
  • Track, analyze, and report on Marketing & Alliance performance metrics, including campaign KPIs, BDR activities, website traffic, and social media engagement.
  • Manage alliance funding processes (SAP & AWS MDF requests, claims, tracking).
  • Provide project management or other support for Revenue Operations initiatives such as website refresh, YouTube channel buildout, AWS/SAP alliance site content, AWS marketplace listing, collateral update project, pitch deck template redesign, conversion of standard collateral to portrait PPT for self-customization by sales team.
  • Develop bi-weekly bookings forecasts
  • Manage Revenue Operations tools including HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Evaboot, etc. Assist in ensuring tools are being leveraged for maximum value to apiphani as a company and that all new sellers adopt and use these tools effectively.

Revenue Ops Asset Management

  • Inventory all customer-facing assets and existing sales enablement.
  • Assist in determining whether assets should be kept as is, updated, or retired.
  • Assist with collateral update project, ensuring timely development and review of updated or new materials by either internal apiphani resources or contractors.
  • Manage Sales, Marketing, and Alliance Partner SharePoint sites, ensuring intuitive folder organization, content currency, and version control.
  • Ensure all revenue operations assets (elevator pitch, call scripts, email templates, collateral, pitch decks, proposal templates, competitive analysis, battle cards, etc. are current, organized, version-controlled, and accessible via SharePoint (or any future knowledge management platform) to all Revenue Operations Team members as well as Leadership.
  • Serve as point of contact for SharePoint content posting, content updates, and new/update notification to stakeholders.

Sales Enablement Function Build Out Assistance

Assist CRO and VP of Marketing and Alliances in building out the Sales Enablement function that will be required to scale apiphani to $100M:

  • Assist in developing turnkey onboarding programs for new Account Executives, including access, overview, and as-needed training on company positioning, competitive overview, solution value, differentiation, and all customer-facing assets and prospecting materials (call scripts, email templates, elevator pitch, collateral, pitch decks, proposal template, discontinuation letter, etc..)
  • Assist CRO and VP of Marketing and Alliances in future enablement initiatives necessary to support smooth, predictable, revenue acceleration, including customer segmentation, territory or industry vertical management, strategic account planning, etc.

Ad hoc Project Management for Strategic Initiatives

Provide project management support for strategic initiatives within Revenue Operations, e.g., individual business development initiatives or marketing campaigns.

 

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations (sales, marketing, customer success, partner management, or sales enablement) preferably in B2B technology or professional consulting services.
  • Strong familiarity with marketing and sales tech stacks: HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and project management platforms, such as Asana.
  • Experience managing performance metrics, building reporting dashboards, and developing KPIs for revenue operations: funnel add, pipeline coverage, sales velocity, bookings, close rate, days in sales, MQL/SQL conversion rate).
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage calendars, processes, content assets.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives to completion.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

  • Background in revenue operations (sales, marketing, customer success, or alliances), revenue ops-related professional services, or sales enablement.
  • Experience with high-tech industry, start-up culture, or small company growth.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity as well as interfacing with customers, alliance partners, and apiphani leadership.
  • Capable of pivoting quickly with the needs of revenue operations to support new initiatives, new requests, or new enablement needs.

Role Impact

This role is instrumental in helping apiphani’s revenue operations engine grow and operate at a scale required to drive $100m in revenue over 5 years. You will be instrumental in helping our revenue ops increase in size, skill, and market sophistication to help ensure we meet our revenue acceleration goals.

Base Salary

$100,000 - $130,000 USD
