The Mission: AI-Driven Transformation

We are reimagining Business Systems as an AI-native function, embedding automation, intelligent workflows, and seamless system integrations into the core of Apollo’s operations. Inspired by industry leaders who have successfully leveraged AI for operational scale, our goal is to save every Apollo employee 10+ hours per week through AI-driven automation while building a seamless, scalable enterprise architecture.

As the VP of Business Systems & AI Transformation, you will be the architect of Apollo’s next-generation infrastructure, ensuring our core business processes, data systems, and enterprise applications are seamlessly integrated, AI-powered, and optimized for scale. This role reports directly to the CEO, giving you the opportunity to shape the company’s AI strategy at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI-Driven Automation: Design and implement AI-native business systems that increase productivity, automate workflows, and drive efficiency across all departments.
  • Enterprise Architecture & Integrations: Architect a fully integrated, AI-powered business ecosystem, ensuring seamless connectivity between CRM, Data Warehouse, HRIS, CPQ/SKUs/Pricebook/Contract, Finance Planning, and more.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline critical business operations, eliminating inefficiencies and improving cross-functional execution.
  • AI Strategy & Execution: Identify opportunities for AI-powered transformation, embedding automation into day-to-day business processes.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Drive consensus across opinionated VPs and senior leadership to execute large-scale initiatives effectively.
  • Deep Technical Leadership: Be hands-on—dive deep into Salesforce, Workday, ERP systems, and write AI-driven prompts if needed.
  • Scalability & Compliance: Ensure Apollo’s systems scale efficiently, remain secure and compliant, and are future-proofed for long-term growth.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 10+ years leading Business Systems, IT, or Enterprise Architecture at a high-growth tech company.
  • Proven experience implementing AI-driven automation in business operations.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, Workday, CPQ, ERP, Finance/HR systems, and enterprise data architecture.
  • Track record of driving cross-functional transformation and aligning senior leadership on execution.
  • Hands-on technical ability—can dive into systems, automate workflows, and drive implementation.
