The Role:

As a Principal Product Manager, Integrations at Apollo.io, you will lead the development of our integrations platform, driving the strategy and execution that transforms it into a full-fledged ecosystem. You will play a critical role in helping our customers seamlessly connect with external tools, accelerating their go-to-market speed and enhancing their workflows. You’ll define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Apollo’s integrations platform, ensuring it evolves into a thriving marketplace that serves both direct (first party) and indirect (second party) integrations. Your work will transform Apollo’s integrations portfolio, drive customer adoption, and deliver best-in-class developer experiences, positioning us as a leader in this space.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Apollo.io’s integrations platform, aligning with company goals and transforming into a dynamic ecosystem.
  • Fully own the priority and execution of the integrations roadmap. Manage and mitigate cross-organizational dependencies, ensuring smooth execution and acceleration of key company initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, partnerships and other cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, scalable integrations that align with internal team needs and drive customer and partner outcomes.
  • Identify new investment areas and enhance or expand Apollo.io’s portfolio of integrations, deepening the functionality and customer impact of our offerings as measured by growth of integrations per weekly active account.
  • Benchmark Apollo.io’s integrations platform against industry standards, positioning it as a leader. Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the integrations space.
  • Identify partnerships and third-party tools that expand Apollo.io’s integration ecosystem, scaling the integrations platform to support a full marketplace
  • Lead go-to-market for integration product launches, partnering with marketing, support, and other teams to ensure maximum impact and adoption.
  • Establish and track KPIs for integrations products, continuously optimizing them for user satisfaction and business growth.

  • Insight led: You leverage quantitative and qualitative research, customer feedback, and market trends, to build successful products founded in deep customer and market insight.

 

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS or technical product management, with a focus on third-party integrations, app marketplaces, and developer tools.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling integrations platforms with strong developer-facing products (SDKs, APIs, documentation).
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving impactful product launches.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts for a broad audience.
  • Growth mindset, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to the evolving needs of customers and the business.
