The Vision:
Imagine a world where every go-to-market motion—from lead capture and scoring to sales outreach and customer success—is effortlessly orchestrated and automated, enabling revenue teams to focus on high-value interactions and strategic initiatives. Our vision is to create the ultimate Workflows & Automation platform for revenue teams, akin to what Shopify Flow is for eCommerce and what Zapier is for small business automation. By delivering a unified orchestration layer across every GTM system, Apollo will become the backbone that powers smarter, faster, and more personalized engagement at scale.

This is an opportunity to redefine how sales and marketing teams operate, freeing them from repetitive tasks and empowering them to execute sophisticated plays with just a few clicks. We aim to transform Apollo into the command center for GTM teams—where every interaction is thoughtfully automated, every workflow is deeply integrated, and every insight is proactively surfaced to drive results.

The Role:
As a Principal Product Manager for Workflows & Automation, you will be at the forefront of transforming the way revenue teams work. You will be instrumental in building the “command center” for GTM teams, where automation drives seamless handoffs across every touchpoint—turning complex processes into intuitive and powerful workflows that anyone can create and deploy.

Your mission is to bring to life a platform that marries the flexibility of tools like Zapier with the power of sophisticated sales and marketing automation. You will define and deliver solutions that eliminate inefficiencies, unlock new levels of productivity, and ultimately help teams realize their full revenue potential. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that will shape the future of how revenue teams across the globe operate, offering a unique opportunity to build a product that directly impacts millions of users.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the Product Strategy and Vision: Develop a compelling product strategy for the Workflows & Automation suite, defining a long-term vision that sets Apollo apart as the go-to orchestration layer for GTM teams. You’ll be responsible for turning complex processes into a beautiful, intuitive experience that both technical and non-technical users can embrace.
  • Lead Product Execution: Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. You’ll ensure each feature delivered delights users, maximizes ROI, and creates leverage for sales, marketing, and customer success teams to achieve more with less.
  • Simplify Complexity: Design and deliver workflow templates that make it easy for teams to get started—whether automating sales outreach sequences, integrating CRM data, scoring leads, or syncing cross-channel activities. Your goal is to build a product that is as simple and delightful as it is powerful.
  • Drive Innovation: Partner with engineering, design, and data science to continuously push the boundaries of what’s possible with automation, incorporating machine learning, AI, and real-time data to make Apollo’s workflows smarter and more impactful.
  • Scale Adoption: Define metrics for success, monitor usage patterns, and iterate to ensure rapid adoption and engagement. You’ll be tasked with scaling workflow usage by 100% within the next 12 months, transforming it into one of Apollo’s flagship products.
  • Shape the Future of GTM Automation: Research market trends, collaborate with customers, and stay ahead of competitive offerings to identify opportunities for Apollo to lead the market in automation and orchestration.

The Opportunity:
This is not just a product role—this is an opportunity to shape a core part of Apollo’s future and establish a new standard for how modern revenue teams operate. You will have a direct hand in transforming Apollo from a powerful data provider into the central operating system for GTM teams, where workflows eliminate silos, unlock new insights, and help companies scale exponentially.

You’ll be creating a solution that can potentially handle everything from automated deal management to personalized customer follow-ups, making Apollo as essential to sales and marketing operations as CRM has been for relationship management. Your work will power workflows that convert millions of prospects into customers and help companies drive hundreds of millions in revenue growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: You have 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in workflow automation, CRM, or GTM systems. You’ve built products that transform how teams work and are familiar with the intricacies of B2B SaaS.
  • Strategic and Visionary Thinker: You excel at turning high-level vision into executable strategy and have a track record of delivering against ambitious goals. You thrive in settings where you need to challenge the status quo and redefine what’s possible.
  • Exceptional Execution: You can seamlessly navigate the balance between high-level strategy and hands-on product delivery. You are skilled at driving complex projects, aligning teams, and delivering impactful results—on time and with precision.
  • User-Centric Approach: You are deeply passionate about creating products that users love, with an obsession for user experience and a relentless drive to simplify complex problems.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: You are analytical and rigorous in your approach, using data to inform decisions, measure success, and iterate on products.
  • Collaborative Leadership: You have a unique ability to influence across all levels of the organization, building consensus and driving results through collaboration.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with self-serve B2B SaaS products and experience with products leveraging Generative AI and machine learning are a plus.

What You’ll Love About Apollo:

  • Culture & Compensation: Enjoy a great compensation package and a culture that thrives on openness, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Career Development: We invest heavily in developing our remote employees’ careers, providing support and encouragement to experiment and take educated risks that lead to big wins.
  • Collaborative Team: Join a lean, remote team that embraces a shared purpose—to help customers maximize their full revenue potential through Apollo’s platform.

If you’re excited about the opportunity to redefine the future of GTM automation and workflows, and have the experience and passion to make a significant impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
