The Vision:
Imagine a world where every step of a go-to-market motion—from discovering ideal prospects to engaging them with personalized messaging, completing tasks, and managing follow-ups—is seamlessly orchestrated and powered by smart automation. Apollo’s vision for pipeline generation is to equip revenue teams with the ultimate command center that not only eliminates inefficiencies but proactively guides users toward actions that generate results.

By deeply integrating prospecting, task management, engagement, and messaging into one cohesive platform, Apollo will empower SDRs, AEs, and RevOps teams to focus on high-value activities while automating repetitive workflows. This is your opportunity to shape how revenue teams build, prioritize, and act on their sales pipelines with tools that are as intuitive as they are powerful.

The Role:
As a Senior Product Manager for Pipeline Generation, you will define and deliver solutions that transform Apollo into the go-to prospecting and engagement platform for revenue teams. Your focus will be on optimizing the entire pipeline generation lifecycle—helping users discover high-potential prospects, engage them effectively, manage their outreach tasks, and send highly personalized messages at scale.

This is a high-impact role where your work will directly influence core product areas like prospecting (finder and search tools), task execution, engagement strategies (sequences and workflows), and AI-powered messaging. Your mission is to deliver products that simplify complex processes, drive adoption, and enable revenue teams to achieve consistent growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for pipeline generation, focusing on core areas like prospecting, task automation, engagement workflows, and messaging personalization. Your vision will guide the creation of tools that make every stage of the pipeline seamless for revenue teams.
  • Optimize Prospecting: Enhance Apollo’s search, finder, and list-building tools to help users identify the right prospects quickly and with confidence. You’ll focus on delivering smarter, AI-driven recommendations that prioritize the best opportunities.
  • Automate Tasks: Build intuitive task management features that help SDRs and AEs stay on top of their outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline-building activities. You’ll make it easier for users to execute daily tasks with precision while freeing them from manual work.
  • Improve Engagement: Collaborate with the workflows and sequences teams to deliver impactful engagement tools that allow teams to connect with prospects across email, phone, and social channels.
  • Elevate Messaging: Define and scale AI-powered messaging tools that create highly personalized, context-aware emails and outreach campaigns at scale. Your goal will be to improve response rates and ensure users feel empowered to send effective messages with minimal effort.
  • Focus on Data-Driven Decisions: Define metrics for success, analyze user behavior, and iterate on products to ensure adoption and impact. You’ll work toward increasing pipeline generation efficiency, improving engagement rates, and driving consistent adoption across Apollo’s core tools.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with engineering, design, data science, and sales to deliver cohesive, impactful solutions that meet the needs of Apollo’s users.

The Opportunity:
This role offers the chance to own and shape Apollo’s pipeline generation capabilities, directly impacting the tools and workflows that revenue teams rely on every day. By optimizing core areas like prospecting, tasks, engagement, and messaging, you’ll enable users to generate and convert pipeline more effectively than ever before.

Your contributions will help Apollo transform from a powerful data platform into an integrated operating system for go-to-market teams. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering tools that help users surface opportunities, automate repetitive tasks, and engage prospects with precision—driving millions in revenue growth for our customers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, sales enablement, or CRM tools, with a focus on prospecting, task management, or engagement workflows.
  • Strategic Visionary: Ability to define bold goals and translate them into actionable roadmaps that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong Execution: Skilled at driving complex projects, aligning stakeholders, and delivering impactful features on time and with precision.
  • Customer-Centric: Deep empathy for users, with a track record of delivering products that solve real customer problems and drive adoption.
  • Data-Driven: Analytical thinker who leverages data to inform decisions, track success metrics, and iterate on features to maximize impact.
  • Collaborative Leader: Strong communication skills, with the ability to build consensus across cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without authority.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with sales development workflows, prospecting tools, and engagement automation platforms is a strong plus.
  • Experience working with AI or machine learning to improve personalization and efficiency is highly desirable.

Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
