Position Overview: 

Apollo is looking for a strong product marketer to own our data and enrichment offering. 

This is an exciting opportunity to shape product strategy, launch new functionality, and grow continuous adoption of our enrichment offering. You’ll also look after our data - our core asset at Apollo. 

Your mandate - 

  • Gather market insights, monitor competitors, and synthesize customer insights to deeply understand our target market and shape strategy
  • Work hand in hand with product to inform the roadmap and prioritize
  • Launch new products and features for our data and enrichment offerings that deliver customer value
  • Partner across marketing and sales to spin up effective campaigns and programs that grow awareness and adoption of our enrichment offering
  • Coordinate with other teams who leverage data to collect and prioritize requirements

This is a highly cross-functional role. You will work closely with partners across R&D and GTM. This role reports to the Head of Product Marketing. This role is fully remote (but must be based in North America) and will require occasional travel. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a more comprehensive understanding of the RevOps persona
  • Gather customer insights and develop a keen understanding of the market and competitors
  • Work hand in hand with product to shape the roadmap 
  • Bring new products and features to market
  • Run GTM campaigns, partnering across marketing and with Sales
  • Enable our Sales teams to effectively sell to and support customers
  • Own the Apollo data narrative
  • Partner with use case focused teams to coordinate roadmaps

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience
  • 5+ years of experience at a high-growth b2b SaaS company preferred
  • Experience marketing a data product and/or deeply understanding a data consumer. Experience with the RevOps and Sales personas is a big plus
  • Strong product strategy chops - experience leveraging customer insights to make informed recommendations that shape product direction
  • Deep customer centricity - appreciation for customer insights with experience running research efforts and delivering actionable recommendations
  • Experience running complex integrated GTM motions and partnering effectively across marketing and sales teams
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills 
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration - great at working across many teams
  • Bias toward action - ability to get things done and move things forward
