About This Role
Apollo is growing fast, and our customers need expert guidance to unlock the full potential of our platform. As an Onboarding Rep, you’ll often be the first human connection in their journey—helping them navigate Apollo’s capabilities, activate core workflows, and drive adoption. This role is high-volume and structured—you’ll lead multiple onboarding calls daily, refining your expertise while delivering a consistent, high-impact experience. Think of it as engineering customer success at scale, combining clear communication, technical know-how, and a problem-solving mindset to help customers win. If you thrive in repeatable, high-impact interactions and love the challenge of learning, mastering, and teaching complex software, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead structured onboarding sessions, guiding customers through Apollo’s key workflows.
- Engineer a smooth start—help users master core features like Mailbox Linking, CRM Sync, and Sequences.
- Develop deep product expertise, acting as an Apollo power user customers can trust.
- Balance efficiency with quality—managing a steady call flow while ensuring meaningful engagement.
- Think like a builder—help refine onboarding playbooks based on common customer challenges.
