We're seeking an Outbound Campaigns leader to accelerate our sales motion and grow pipeline for Apollo.io. This role requires a data-driven, innovative marketer who can design differentiated B2B campaigns that resonate with key buyers. You'll continuously experiment to optimize for both lead quality and efficiency – collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams throughout the process.

What You'll Do

  • Drive key buyer acquisition by partnering with our Revenue Operations team. You'll work daily with RevOps to analyze our current customer base, understand the patterns in our open opportunities, and leverage these insights to build targeted outbound campaigns that attract similar high-value prospects.
  • Manage advertising channels targeting key audiences. This includes running ABM campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and exploring emerging platforms. You'll relentlessly test and optimize to maximize ROI and lead quality.
  • Orchestrate outbound campaigns targeting priority buyer personas. You'll design and execute multi-touch campaigns via email, direct mail, and creative approaches. You will use Apollo.io's own platform daily to power these initiatives.
  • Own lead journey and ensure handover to sales team is seamless. You'll design the entire lead nurturing process, define qualification criteria, and create smooth transitions from marketing to sales. You'll collaborate with sales to refine lead scoring models and develop SLAs that maximize conversion rates.
  • Champion AI-powered personalization at scale. You'll leverage AI tools to create hyper-personalized outreach that feels genuinely human while maintaining efficiency. You'll develop frameworks that balance automation with authentic personalization to drive meaningful connections with prospects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing efforts for integrated campaigns. This includes collaborating with teams running content partnerships, hosting executive events at conferences, and working with Marketing Operations to ensure proper attribution across all touchpoints.
  • Deliver insights to Revenue Operations and marketing leadership. You are the bridge between marketing and RevOps. You'll analyze campaign performance, document learnings, gather feedback on creative approaches, and report results to both teams weekly. You own accountability for our pipeline targets.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience with B2B outbound campaigns. You understand what truly moves the needle when targeting key buyers at organizations of various sizes.
  • Strategic yet tactical mindset. You have a track record of designing campaigns that break through the noise while systematically testing and measuring what drives quality pipeline.
  • AI fluency and innovation mindset. You're an AI power user who approaches challenges with an "AI-first" mentality, constantly exploring how emerging tools can enhance personalization while maintaining authenticity in outreach.
  • Compelling messaging skills. You'll craft advertising and outreach copy that resonates with key decision-makers. You'll partner with our design team while balancing insights from sales conversations with performance data.
  • Multi-channel paid acquisition expertise. You will build, launch, and optimize ABM advertising campaigns across multiple platforms with a focus on efficiency and ROI.
  • Hyper-personalization expertise. You excel at creating deeply personalized outreach that goes beyond {{first_name}} tokens to demonstrate genuine understanding of prospects' business challenges and priorities.
  • Bonus: Apollo.io platform expertise. You'll leverage our own platform daily. The ideal candidate is already familiar with building effective prospecting sequences and utilizing sales intelligence features.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
