Build the future of how revenue organizations operate—with AI and a builder mindset.

Apollo is building the all-in-one platform that helps businesses find customers, engage buyers, and grow revenue.

As companies grow, success isn’t just about helping individual reps sell more. It’s about helping entire organizations operate more effectively. Leaders need to structure teams, assign ownership, coach performance, understand business impact, and confidently scale Apollo across hundreds or thousands of users.

That’s what you’ll build.

As the Senior Product Builder for Enterprise & Team Experience, you’ll define how organizations run inside Apollo. You’ll own the experiences that help admins scale with confidence, managers lead high-performing teams, and executives understand the value Apollo is delivering.

But more importantly, you’ll work the way modern builders work—leveraging AI, rapid iteration, and hands-on product development to move faster, learn faster, and ship better outcomes. You won’t just define product—you’ll help build it.

This is one of Apollo’s most strategic product areas. Your work will shape how customers onboard, govern, manage, coach, and expand their use of Apollo—while creating platform capabilities that every product team builds on.

What you’ll build

You’ll create products that help revenue organizations:

  • Scale with confidence through intuitive permissions, territories, ownership, governance, and administration.
  • Lead high-performing teams with manager experiences that surface performance, coaching opportunities, and AI-powered recommendations.
  • Measure what matters through analytics that connect adoption, productivity, pipeline, and business outcomes.
  • Grow with Apollo by making it easy to discover new capabilities and expand adoption across teams.
  • Simplify complexity so enterprise capabilities feel powerful without feeling overwhelming.

Your work may span:

  • Team management and organizational administration
  • Territories, ownership, and Books of Business
  • Manager home, coaching, and team insights
  • Analytics, adoption, and value measurement
  • Permissions, governance, and enterprise controls
  • AI-powered recommendations for managers and administrators
  • Platform capabilities that enable consistent experiences across Apollo

Why this role matters

Individual reps come to Apollo to figure out what to do next.

Revenue leaders come to Apollo to answer bigger questions:

  • Is my team using Apollo effectively?
  • Where are we winning—and where are we falling behind?
  • What should managers coach on?
  • Are territories and ownership set up correctly?
  • Is Apollo driving measurable business outcomes?
  • Where can we unlock even more value across our organization?

Today, those answers are often spread across dashboards, settings, spreadsheets, and conversations.

You’ll bring them together into a cohesive, AI-powered experience that helps organizations run their business with Apollo—not just use individual features.

Success means Apollo becomes more valuable—not more complicated—as customers grow.

What success looks like

You’ll know you’re succeeding when:

  • Managers rely on Apollo every day to understand and improve team performance.
  • Administrators can confidently manage complex organizations without unnecessary complexity.
  • Revenue leaders clearly understand the value Apollo is creating for their business.
  • Customers naturally expand Apollo as their organizations grow.
  • Enterprise capabilities become a competitive advantage that helps win and retain larger customers.
  • Product teams build faster because they’re building on consistent platform foundations instead of reinventing them.
  • You’re shipping quickly, learning continuously, and using AI to accelerate how products are built and improved.

What makes you a great fit

You don’t need to have built every product listed above. You’ll likely thrive in this role if you:

  • Have built successful B2B SaaS products for teams, managers, administrators, or enterprise customers.
  • Think and operate like a builder—not just a planner. You’re comfortable getting hands-on, prototyping, and using AI tools to accelerate development.
  • Love turning complex systems and customer needs into simple, intuitive experiences.
  • Operate with a high degree of agency. You identify the most important problems, create momentum, and don’t wait for perfect direction.
  • Are energized by ambiguity and enjoy bringing clarity to broad, evolving problem spaces.
  • Think beyond individual features and enjoy building platforms that unlock better experiences across an entire product.
  • Use customer research, product intuition, data, and direct product usage to make thoughtful product decisions.
  • Regularly dogfood your product and develop strong opinions from real customer workflows—not just feedback and dashboards.
  • Partner deeply with engineering, design, data science, sales, customer success, and support from problem definition through launch.
  • Can influence across teams and executive stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
  • Care deeply about product craft while staying relentlessly focused on customer and business outcomes.
  • Love talking to customers and turning what you learn into products people genuinely enjoy using.

Bonus points if you’ve worked on products involving:

  • Enterprise administration, permissions, governance, identity, or organizational management.
  • Analytics, reporting, value measurement, or decision-support products.
  • Manager experiences, coaching, productivity, or workflow software.
  • AI-powered insights, recommendations, or agentic experiences.
  • CRM, sales technology, customer success, collaboration, or other multi-user SaaS platforms.
  • Using AI tools to prototype, build, or accelerate product development workflows.

Experience

  • 5+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience as a founder or early product leader building and scaling a meaningful product.
  • A track record of owning complex, cross-functional product areas from strategy through execution and measurable customer impact.
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams.
  • Experience with enterprise software, analytics, workflow products, administration, coaching, or sales technology is helpful, but not required.

We care more about the complexity of the problems you’ve solved, the impact you’ve created, and the agency you bring than whether your background follows a traditional product management path.

You’ll be especially successful if you…

  • Treat ambiguity as an opportunity to shape strategy—not a reason to wait.
  • Move comfortably between customer problems, product details, platform architecture, AI capabilities, and business outcomes.
  • Create clarity and alignment while remaining open to changing your mind as you learn.
  • Build alongside your engineering and design partners rather than handing work across functional boundaries.
  • Use Apollo as a customer would and hold yourself to building products you’re proud to use every day.
  • Balance long-term platform investments with visible customer value and measurable business impact.
  • Simplify complexity without removing the flexibility sophisticated organizations need.
  • Believe enterprise software can be both powerful and delightful to use.
  • Embrace AI as a core part of how you think, build, and ship products—not just a feature you add.

Why you’ll love this role

  • Shape one of Apollo’s most strategic product areas with direct influence on enterprise growth, adoption, and retention.
  • Build products used daily by revenue leaders, managers, administrators, and thousands of sellers.
  • Solve complex product, platform, AI, and business problems—not just ship individual features.
  • Work the way modern builders work—using AI, rapid iteration, and hands-on creation to move faster and have more impact.
  • Partner with exceptional engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to define the future of how revenue organizations operate.
  • Work with some of the fastest-growing companies in the world and see your ideas drive measurable customer and business impact.
  • Build products that become more valuable as customers grow—not more complex.
