We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Traffic Manager to ensure flawless project delivery for the world's biggest pharma brands.

Due to continuing growth within Inizio Medical we are seeking a Traffic Manager to join our team at Apothecom. Working with the Creative Team and reporting to the Operations Director.

As the Traffic Manager you will provide proactive and effective administrative and project support to the creative team. You will be one of the primary contacts for support requests for creative and production from our account teams and clients, you will liaise with a diverse range of colleagues at all levels including senior management and specialist teams across the business. You will work closely with creative team leads to facilitate the effective and proactive management of process, resource and workflow across technology, creative and creative delivery teams.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Point of contact for creative resource within the creative team
  • Triage briefs, assign tasks and check the statuses of outstanding tasks, ensuring the right work is getting done by the right people
  • Interrogate workload and conduct a daily meeting to go over items/tasks assigned and due for the day to determine if there are any roadblocks, working with stakeholders to find solutions
  • Handle account team liaison and troubleshooting, communicating any issues with the teams and project leads
  • Management of external resource – using existing freelancer network, outsourcing companies, etc – and make appropriate outsourcing recommendations
  • Track all external resource expenditure and report to the Operations Director
  • Work with key business stakeholders to understand forecasted pipeline to ensure good resource decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with account teams inspiring and exciting them about our work and our delivery against client objectives
  • Participate proactively in agency marketing, raising the agency profile within Apothecom and the wider industry, and driving the agency positioning
  • Work closely with the wider creative team to ensure we are we are as adhering to process
  • Support and implement new processes and best practices to enhance our efficiencies

Requirements

  • Based in the US
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of design studios, digital media and print operations.
  • Seasoned in all aspects of creative and production deliverables.
  • Understanding of copyright and image rights management.
  • Support an environment where creativity can happen.
  • Able to support the team by making key decisions to meet project deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A methodical problem-solver able to think clearly and calmly when under pressure on multiple, complex projects.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. We consider compensation more than just a base salary – that’s why we also offer an exceptional range of flexible benefits, personal support and tailored learning and development opportunities all designed to help you realize your full potential both in life and at work.

Compensation

$65,000 - $70,000 USD
