About You

You will play a key role in delivering comprehensive project management and administrative support to both the sales team and clients. This includes providing regular status updates on all client orders, running client meetings, managing provider deliverables, overseeing data entry and records management, and handling various projects that align with the broader goal of ensuring exceptional client support. The primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction, foster business growth within the existing portfolio of company accounts and contribute to increased profitability.        You have strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-centric approach. 

 

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

  • Foster exceptional experiences for Enterprise/SMB end-user customers of AppDirect.
  • Track and monitor sales activity using internal tools to ensure progress.
  • Work closely with the sales team on complex opportunities, offering support and assistance as needed.
  • Proactively assess client and provider needs, identifying potential challenges and areas for growth.
  • Resolve issues related to contracts, billing, and installation while seeking solutions to overcome obstacles and advance projects.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for customer issues, inquiries, and missed provider deadlines.
  • Maintain compliance with required processes and actively participate in necessary training sessions.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.

This role is not a call center position.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year university or equivalent Telecommunication experience.
  • Relevant work experience in operations tasks is required.
  • Prior technology or telecommunications experience is required.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, client service, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to self-motivate and perform effectively in a dynamic, non-structured environment.
  • Exceptional customer support, organizational, and analytical skills.
