As a Cloud Catalog Specialist, you will be responsible for the support of programs & strategic initiatives. You will collaborate to deliver projects and interact with cross-functional teams. You are a strong team player and have a reputation for integrity, accountability, and ownership.
Your mission will be to ensure the accuracy of a robust online catalog. Your main responsibilities will involve process design and development, implementation, and documentation. You will oversee and coordinate product updates to ensure all cross functional teams and resources are updated to meet SLA’s.

What you'll do and how you'll have an impact

  • Collaborate with cloud providers and partners to successfully onboard them into the AppDirect Cloud Catalog.
  • Guide new providers through profile creation and maintenance processes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for providers regarding catalog listings, updates, and ongoing management.
  • Proactively maintain and support the product request tracker and ensure progression of tickets to meet SLA’s for catalog additions, deprecations and price updates.
  • Ensure catalog data integrity, completeness, and consistency across all listings.
  • Monitor for data discrepancies and resolve catalog content issues proactively.
  • Maintain up-to-date price books from all cloud providers - This is accomplished via Partner Portals , distribution request and Provider requests.
  • Work with the Marketplace Ops team to migrate subscriptions as needed.
  • Ensure accuracy of all commercial terms. Pricing, Invoicing frequency, Renewal terms, Pricing unit, Revenue model type, Contract duration, Margin, Stackability.
  • Identify and implement process optimizations to streamline onboarding, profile management, and catalog maintenance workflows.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks on catalog entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
  • Create & track project timelines, status, and risks. Anticipate and creatively solve — or escalate — blockers when they arise to ensure on-time project completion.
  • Understand the needs of providers and end-users to deliver an exceptional catalog experience.
  • Troubleshoot provider issues and respond efficiently to catalog-related inquiries.
  • Create clear, comprehensive training collateral (such as guides, walkthroughs, and FAQs) to empower providers to independently onboard and manage their profiles in the cloud catalog.
  • Strive to achieve 100% provider self-service by ensuring all resources are accessible, up-to-date, and address common onboarding and management questions.
  • Train providers and internal users on catalog tools, best practices, and standards.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of related work experience (Catalog management experience a plus).
  • Strong English communication skills (Verbal and written).
  • Strong spreadsheet analytics experience either through Google Sheets or Excel. Proficient in Google and Microsoft productivity tools.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with a commitment to excellence and the ability to actively prioritize activities and deliverables.
  • Data Analysis/dashboarding experience.
  • Stellar interpersonal, communication, and planning skills along with critical thinking and good decision-making abilities.
