About you

As a People Operations & Benefits Coordinator, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting and evolving our people processes, projects, and programs alongside the People Team. What you'll do and how you'll make an impact

Be a trusted People Operations partner: Serve as the first point of contact for People process and program-related questions for India-based employees, while also providing support for global employee populations as needed, delivering a high-quality experience through timely, accurate, and thoughtful support.

Own day-to-day People Operations & Benefits tasks: Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, complete required documentation, and enter data into HRIS (Workday) and other HR and Benefits systems with precision. Coordinate employee lifecycle events while ensuring data integrity, compliance, and a smooth experience for employees.

Coordinate onboarding & off-boarding: Guide new hires through pre-boarding and onboarding, partnering with IT, Payroll, and Learning & Development to ensure new hires receive a seamless onboarding experience. Coordinate end-to-end offboarding, preparing documentation, coordinating communications, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition.

Support benefits programs in India: Assist in administering health, wellness, insurance, time-off, and leave programs. Partner with the Manager of Global Benefits and regional HRBPs to ensure local compliance, support annual renewals, and maintain relationships with benefits vendors, monitoring service delivery, and resolving escalated issues.

Drive operational excellence & continuous improvement: Triage and own internal HR Jira tickets across India and global regions as needed, resolve employee inquiries, support audit requests, and participate in the POSH committee. Contribute to special projects, maintain clear process documentation, Confluence pages, job aids, and training materials, and help enhance People Operations & Benefits programs.

What we’re looking for

  • 2–3 years of experience in a People Operations, HR Administration, or Benefits Coordination role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high standard for accuracy
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, people processes, and Indian employment and labor laws
  • Experience using HR and business tools such as Workday, Jira, and Confluence
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Ability to partner with a globally distributed team and work flexibly to support business needs
