About You

You're a strategic demand generation marketer who knows how to build the engine that turns marketing into revenue. You've spent years designing, scaling, and optimizing demand generation programs in technical or complex product environments — and you understand that great marketing isn't just about awareness, it's about predictable, scalable pipeline.

You bring a builder's mindset: you can set the strategy, stand up the infrastructure, and drive the execution across channels and global markets. You're as comfortable presenting a pipeline forecast to the leadership team as you are rolling up your sleeves to optimize a campaign in-flight. You sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product — and your ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and translate technical value into compelling commercial narratives is what sets you apart.

What You'll Do and How You'll Have an Impact

  • Own and scale a global demand generation strategy — building the playbook that connects marketing activity directly to qualified pipeline and measurable revenue growth.
  • Hold the marketing pipeline number: set targets in partnership with sales and leadership, forecast with precision, and report on revenue contribution at the executive level.
  • Design and execute multi-channel programs — spanning paid media, email nurture, content syndication, events, and ABM — that drive awareness, inbound interest, and qualified opportunities across the robotics portfolio.
  • Architect and optimize the full lead lifecycle, from acquisition through MQL to SQL handoff, partnering closely with sales to define scoring models, SLAs, and conversion-focused handoff processes.
  • Lead campaign performance analysis by establishing reporting cadences, executive dashboards, and a culture of data-driven decision-making across the marketing function.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and contractors to ensure quality execution and tight alignment with campaign goals.
  • Shape the marketing technology roadmap — evaluating, implementing, and optimizing tools across the martech stack to support scale and efficiency.
  • Champion brand and product marketing initiatives where they directly fuel demand, ensuring Engineered Arts' global presence consistently reinforces pipeline goals.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of progressive demand generation or performance marketing experience, ideally within a technical, engineering, robotics, or complex product environment
  • Demonstrated ownership of a pipeline or revenue target, with a clear track record of how your programs moved the number
  • A proven builder — you've architected demand gen programs from the ground up, defined strategy, and delivered results in high-growth or rapidly evolving organizations, not just executed existing playbooks
  • Deep proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or equivalent), including lead scoring, lifecycle management, and attribution modeling
  • Strong command of paid media across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and affiliate/partner networks, with hands-on experience managing significant budgets
  • Advanced analytical skills — you build dashboards, read funnel data fluently, and make confident campaign decisions grounded in performance metrics
  • Proven ability to manage agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional partners to deliver complex campaigns on time and on target
  • Fluency operating across global markets, with the range to adapt strategy, messaging, and cadence to distinct audiences, regions, and buying cycles
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — equally comfortable presenting to leadership, aligning with sales, and translating technical complexity into compelling commercial impact

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing physical products, hardware, or robotics
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools
  • Background in B2B marketing within industries such as entertainment, education, hospitality, or emerging technology
  • Experience with event-led demand generation (trade shows, conferences, live demos)
