What You’ll Do:

  • Lead with vision: Shape and execute the technical sales strategy for the DoD/Intel region, partnering closely with the RVP and cross-functional stakeholders to drive growth and impact.
  • Build and scale: Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of SCs and Sr. SCs, helping them master value-based storytelling, technical depth, value engineering, and customer engagement.
  • Drive excellence: Oversee SC alignment to key accounts and opportunities, ensuring high-quality delivery of demonstrations, solution design, and proof of concepts.
  • Inspire trust: Serve as a strategic advisor to customer stakeholders and an internal voice for the field, surfacing product feedback and advocating for mission-aligned innovations.
  • Elevate the craft: Cultivate a team culture rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning, while coaching individual contributors to unlock their full potential.
  • Execute with impact: Support sales campaigns, RFP responses, and C-level presentations that demonstrate the business and technical value of our solutions.

What You Bring:

  • A passion for building and leading high-performing teams that blend technical acumen with business savvy.
  • Demonstrated success in the public sector: sales engineering, solutions consulting or technical pre-sales, especially in highly regulated or mission-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing solutions consulting and the proven ability to motivate, mentor, coach, and develop individual contributors with a variety of experience levels.
  • Experience in application architecture, integration, and enterprise solution delivery (e.g., BPM platforms, application servers, frameworks).
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, especially when translating technical value to executive-level audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related professional experience.
  • Willingness to travel to support in-region activities and client engagements.

Why This Role? Why Now?

You’ll be on the ground floor of transforming a critical go-to-market engine. This role is ideal for a builder—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads with clarity, and sees developing people as their greatest legacy. You’ll help us scale not just a team, but a movement: one that empowers public servants through technology that matters.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
