About the role

The primary role of the Campaign Analyst is to be the Strategic Pilot of AI – turning AI into ROI.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute ad campaigns with Appier proprietary AI platform and products.
  • Plan and manage multinational advertising campaigns, formulate localized advertising strategies.
  • Analyze data and campaign performance, configure automated optimization processes, conduct experiments, ensuring client’s KPIs are met with precision and speed.
  • Co-work with sales managers, account managers, product managers, data analysts and on various optimization-related projects.
  • Adjust and improve the effectiveness of AI models. Improve overall performance of the system.
  • Provide historical data and estimation of performance for the business development team. Assist the development of new customers.

What you need: 

  • 1+ years working experience. RTB/Programmatic buying experience a plus.
  • Passion for digital advertising and/or game-changing technology.
  • Eagerness to work in a start-up team environment that will be rapidly changing.
  • You can use Excel and you’re not afraid of Pivot Tables.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work at odd hours when necessary (from home).
  • This role needs to work on the weekend shift (once per month).
  • Minimum BA/BS University degree or related experience.
  • Business level fluency in English (TOEIC 750+, GEPT High-Intermediate level, TOEFL 90+, IELTS 6.5+).
  • Exposure to digital ad serving concepts (CPM/CPA/RTB/ROI), video, mobile, and social media is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AI Productivity Tools: Familiar with Generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot), Prompt Engineering, or other newly developed tools to speed up daily workflows.
  • Automation Mindset: Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n); enjoys building workflows that run automatically to save time.
  • Data & Logic: Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a big plus.
  • AdTech Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and the mobile attribution landscape.
  • Structured Thinking: Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp) or organizing complex SOP documentation.
