About the role
We are actively seeking a passionate and proactive HR Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support a variety of human resources functions, from maintaining employee records and managing onboarding/offboarding processes to addressing employee inquiries with excellent communication skills. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations and provides an opportunity for growth in a dynamic environment.
We are looking for a candidate who can commit for one year is a plus, working 30-40 hours per week. Every Monday must be a working day.

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain HR-related data in SAP/Nueip, including personal employee information, probation status, personnel changes, and offboarding records.
- Manage new hire onboarding, probation review, and offboarding tasks, including preparation and packaging of welcome gifts for Taiwan and international employees.
- Address and coordinate employee-related issues, providing prompt solutions and preparing necessary documents (employment proof, departure certificates, reports, etc.).
- Assist with visa and work permit processes for non-local employees.
- Support company rewards projects, including trophy preparation and international shipping.
- Fulfill government regulations or HR audit requests (e.g., labor meetings, report preparation).
- Provide administrative support as needed, including document and package handling, regular inventory of medical supplies, organizing team-building activities, and managing mailings.
About you

- Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Information Management, or Business-related program.
- Proficient in English communication and writing skills.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and document processing.
- Strong attention to detail and a responsible work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing tasks.
- Ability to commit to at least one year, with availability to work 30-40 hours per week.
