About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic, execution- and impact-oriented leader to join as Senior Director of Pricing and Strategic Operations. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving growth through pricing innovation, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional execution across our AI-powered advertising and marketing technology products.
You will lead strategic initiatives that shape product monetization, guide new business development, and support M&A and integration activities. This role combines hands-on problem solving, deep market insight, and cross-team influence to unlock scalable, profitable growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional initiatives, such as new market entry, GTM planning, sales enablement, and customer success alignment.
- Work with the CEO and C-level leadership on strategic initiatives, including partnerships, business model innovation, and corporate development.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer teams to define and refine enterprise offerings, value propositions, and onboarding service models.
- Own and drive pricing strategy across product lines, from competitive benchmarking, positioning to packaging.
- Oversee pricing execution–from cross-functional rollout planning to sales enablement, client communication, and internal alignment
- Lead cost assessment and profitability analysis for customized pricing, enterprise deals and strategic partnerships
- Support M&A and post-merger integration, including diligence, modeling, strategic fit assessment, and go-to-market synergy planning.
About you
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business leadership roles, including at least 3 years of B2B (Business to Business) pricing
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business case development skills.
- Proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and lead execution across departments
- Experience working in cross-border teams; regional leadership across Asia is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and execution
