About the role

We are looking for a Program Manager with sharp business acumen and a structured approach to problem-solving to drive the adoption and scaling of AI Agentic Workflows across the enterprise.

In this role, you will serve as the critical bridge between business units and engineering teams — diving deep into operational pain points across departments, decomposing complex manual processes into structured logic that AI Agents can execute, and establishing standardized frameworks that maximize operational efficiency and AI transformation value. You won't just manage projects; you'll be the engine behind the organization's AI-driven evolution.

What You Will Do

Process Translation & Skill Definition

  • Conduct in-depth interviews and process observations across business functions (including but not limited to Finance, HR, and Sales) to decompose existing human workflows into structured, executable logic
  • Author functional specification documents and execution logic for AI Agent Skills, ensuring AI Agents can accurately interpret and perform assigned tasks with measurable outcomes

Framework Implementation & Standardization

  • Evaluate and leverage existing AI Agent frameworks and tooling to establish internal AI application standards and best practices
  • Work closely with engineering teams to implement defined Agent Skills and ensure seamless integration into each department's day-to-day operations and existing systems

Cross-functional Communication & Change Management

  • Act as the central communication hub between engineering and business stakeholders, bridging the gap between technical language and business logic
  • Proactively identify and remove organizational and technical blockers throughout the transformation journey, ensuring AI solutions genuinely address real business needs

Value Measurement & Continuous Optimization

  • Define clear AI transformation success metrics (KPIs / OKRs), such as labor hour savings, reduction in process error rates, and throughput improvements
  • Build data tracking mechanisms and iteratively refine AI execution logic based on real-world feedback from business users, maximizing the return on AI investment

About you

[Minimum qualifications]

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Information Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in digital transformation, software project management (PM), or business analysis (BA)
  • Strong ability to map processes and break down complex, ambiguous business requirements into clear, actionable system-level steps
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), including an understanding of their capabilities, limitations, and concepts such as Prompt Engineering and AI Agents
  • Excellent cross-functional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of driving organizational change

[Nice to have]

  • Hands-on experience leading or contributing to AI product deployments or process automation (RPA) projects with demonstrable results
  • Familiarity with common AI Agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI) or a foundational understanding of API integration
  • PMP certification or practical experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
  • A technical background or the ability to read basic code, enabling more effective collaboration with engineering teams
