What You’ll Do:

  • Lead daily operations and long-term planning to ensure school success
  • Inspire and mentor your team with positivity, accountability, and purpose
  • Oversee curriculum implementation and state compliance
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with families
  • Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children and staff
  • Champion professional development through meetings and training sessions
  • Create a joyful, high-quality learning experience every day

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • 21+ years old and meet Georgia Director qualifications
  • Minimum of a CDA
  • Valid 40-Hour Georgia Director Credential
  • 5+ years of leadership in a licensed childcare school
  • CPR and First Aid certified
  • Able to work flexible hours between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday
  • Reliable transportation to 810 Olympic Dr., Athens, GA 30601
