ESTIMATED PAY RANGE
$110,000 - $140,000, DOE

JOB SUMMARY
As a Project Manager in Burnsville, MN, you will: have expertise in process mapping and optimization, using Lean methodologies to identify inefficiencies and improve workflows; possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, assess risks, and develop actionable recommendations for scalable improvements; enjoy cross-functional leadership, successfully collaborating with teams across departments to align goals, drive change, and ensure stakeholder buy-in; be obsessive about deadlines, with a consistent track record of delivering initiatives on time and within scope; be fluent in process-related tools and platforms, including project tracking software (e.g., Jira, Trello), workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate), and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); develop project charters, maintain project plans, and monitor project timelines and budgets; have exceptional communication and facilitation skills, and work collaboratively with suppliers and other Applied partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years experience managing projects
  • PMP certification
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or higher)
  • Passion for managing teams and driving results
  • Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Flexible to travel up to 20% yearly
  • Able to work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on driving operational efficiencies
