ESTIMATED PAY RANGE
$70,000 - $83,000, DOE
JOB SUMMARY
As a Manufacturing Engineer in Faribault, MN, you will: work onsite to support and lead floor-level engineering projects, including equipment guarding, workstation repositioning, bill of materials (BOM) updates, and revisions to drawings and models; be a hands-on engineer who is comfortable with active engaging in the manufacturing environment; collaborate with production teams; drive practical solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and workflow, and work collaboratively with suppliers and other Applied partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering required
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a hands-on engineering capacity
- Proficiency in Solidworks for updating models and drawings
- Understanding of BOM structures and experience with BOM creation and maintenance
- Ability to manage and implement floor-level projects, such as equipment guarding and workstation repositioning
- Familiarity with safety standards and ergonomic principles in manufacturing settings
