業務内容について:

主な業務内容:

• 安全プロトコル、路上手順、AV固有の運用ガイドラインを網羅したドライバー研修プログラムの設計・実施
• 新規ドライバーの乗車前認定および基準維持のための定期的な再評価の実施
• 研修期間中のドライバーへの同乗指導およびリアルタイムフィードバックの提供
• ドライバーチーム全体の知識・スキルのギャップを特定し、改善のための研修資料を開発
• Fleet SpecialistおよびOperationsチームと連携し、変化する運用要件に合わせた研修プログラムのアップデート
• 全ドライバーの研修記録、認定状況、コンプライアンス関連書類の正確な管理
• テスト運用中のオンサイト安全担当として、プロトコルの遵守徹底および問題発生時の適切なエスカレーション
• 年間約25%の出張を伴うオフサイトでのテスト業務のサポート

求める人物像:

• 過去5年以上、無事故・無違反のクリーンな運転記録をお持ちの方
• 業務上の場でドライバーの指導・認定を行った実務経験をお持ちの方
• 安全運転行動の徹底・模範を示してきた実績を持つ、安全第一の姿勢をお持ちの方
• プロトコルや手順を明確に伝えられる、優れたコミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方
• 運用ドキュメントの読解や海外チームメンバーとのコミュニケーションに対応できる基本的な英語力（翻訳ツールの使用可）

Nice to have:

• 大型免許
• トラックまたは商用車ドライバーへの指導経験
• 自動運転テスト環境またはフリート運用に関する知識・経験
