Salary: $120-160k annually + Equity

Backed by top-tier investors and serving hundreds of customers nationwide, we’re scaling rapidly and you’ll join as one of our earliest non-technical hires.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic Strategy & Operations Lead to join our core team and drive 10x growth. You’ll report directly to the CEO and act as a force-multiplier across the business. You’ll own data analysis, support customer success, optimize core processes, drive product enhancements, and lead high-impact projects—all with an execution-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Projects: Own end-to-end execution on high-leverage, ambiguous business challenges - from research and analysis through implementation.
- Customer Success: Lead onboarding and training, deliver proactive support and design targeted enablement to drive adoption and retention.
- Product Management: Translate customer feedback into clear requirements, partner on prioritization and drive feature delivery.
- Data Analysis: Clean and normalized unstructured client datasets, build automated data pipelines and surface insights via dashboards.
- Operations & Process Optimization: Architect scalable systems, document SOPs, and remove cross-team bottlenecks.
- GTM Partnership: Support sales org through development of assets and marketing campaigns; deepen and develop channel partnerships.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS and/or another high performance environment (investment banking, consulting, PE/VC, high-growth startup).
- Strong technical aptitude, with experience in Excel, SQL or other databases.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable navigating ambiguity and wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Exceptional communicator: simplify complexity, influence diverse stakeholders and present confidently.
- Comfortable working with highly non-technical end users in blue-collar industries; experience in construction or proptech is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to travel (at least 1x monthly) for onsite training and customer engagements.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
