Founding Product Designer (TripSuite)
Where Fintech Meets Travel
TripSuite is an early-stage, venture-backed startup revolutionizing travel agency software. We believe our world is better when people are exposed to new ideas and cultures through travel. By supporting travel entrepreneurs and the customers they serve, TripSuite enables more people to travel better. Our first product automates the commission flow for travel agencies, collecting more revenue for their hard work and saving them time.
Where You Meet TripSuite
As the founding product designer, you’ll be responsible for leading the user experience of a product from conception to launch. This is your chance to build something from the ground up. - Construct user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts
- Design end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape by deconstructing industry and competitor trends
- Work closely with our CEO, CTO, and engineers to create features and solve UX/UI problems
- Understand our clients’ journey and build software that enables best-in-class experiences
- Develop and implement processes needed to scale product management including prioritization, writing product requirement documents (PRDs), and user stories

- Demonstrated experience with sketching, wireframes, visual design, and prototyping for product experiences
- Experience designing and shipping applications or software
- Ability to lead the creation of design systems and component libraries
- At least 3 years of experience in product design across at least 2 companies

- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to turn product requirements, user research, usability feedback, and personal design aesthetics into easy-to-use solutions
- An entrepreneur — you must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, thriving in ambiguity, and getting the work done
Benefits and Perks:
- Competitive salary and significant equity in a high growth start-up
- Unlimited paid time off, including two company shut down weeks so you’re guaranteed time to rest and recharge
- Medical, dental and vision coverage
- Company trips (tell us what’s on your bucket list, and we’ll plan a trip there!)
