Our Business Development Manager will partner with the Business Director and Practice Leads to identify and secure new clients to enhance Appnovation’s portfolio. We are looking for someone whose primary motivator is growth and who can drive that growth by strategically understanding prospect’s business needs and matching Appnovations capabilities and solutions to such needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and target potential clients in various industries, focusing on opportunities that align with our core competencies and service offerings
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target accounts
- Collaborate with our consulting, creative, and technology teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our value proposition and differentiate us from competitors
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine our sales approach Represent Appnovation at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate lead
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within a digital consultancy, agency, or system integrator
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth Strong understanding of digital transformation, technology solutions, and consulting services Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
