ABOUT THE JOB:
We are looking for a strategic, curious, and self-driven sales professional with a strong track record in selling complex digital solutions. You excel at business development through discovery-led conversations, understanding client challenges, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to shape solutions that make a real impact. You know how to build trust with enterprise stakeholders, especially in regulated, high-compliance industries, and you bring a delivery-minded approach to every opportunity. YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Win new opportunities and grow existing accounts through solution-based selling — leading discovery sessions, surfacing core challenges, and co-creating complex digital platform solutions tailored to enterprise environments.
- Tap into your delivery mind — whether your background is in development, product management, consulting or other — bring a deep empathy for what it takes to deliver global digital platforms across complex landscapes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, not a product seller. You’ll understand their business, industry, and operational nuances to propose solutions that are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with modern, progressive technology
- Shape solutions that live at the intersection of strategy, design, and technology — working closely with cross-disciplinary teams, powered by AI, to ensure feasibility and execution readiness from day one.
- Thrive in high-compliance industries like health and life sciences, financial services, and other regulated spaces where digital solutions must meet strict privacy, accessibility, and data governance requirements.
- Demonstrate fluency in modern digital platforms and architectures — such as cloud-native platforms, API-driven ecosystems, composable architectures, AI and Agent services, headless content, etc. — and an ability to apply these in real-world enterprise contexts.
- Stay ahead of the curve by understanding industry trends, client pressures, and emerging technologies — translating that knowledge into meaningful, real-world solutions.
- Report on pipeline health, forecasting, and deal progression while keeping your focus on long-term client success and platform impact.
WHO YOU ARE:
- 5+ years of proven success selling Digital Services or complex technology solutions within a full-service Digital Agency or Consultancy
- Experienced in solution selling, with a track record of identifying client needs through discovery and crafting tailored proposals that address complex business and technical challenges
- Comfortable selling into enterprise-level clients, often across multiple stakeholders, regions, and compliance-heavy environments
- Bring a strong understanding of what it takes to deliver complex digital platforms — possibly having started your career in development, UX, product, project management, or delivery.
- Familiar with modern tech ecosystems (cloud-native, headless, composable, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a creative, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proficient with CRM tools and sales operations best practices
