We’re looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot to join our growing engineering team.

As part of this initiative, you’ll be responsible for developing a suite of APIs using Spring Boot. These APIs will serve as critical components enabling secure, scalable, and high-performance data exchange across complex digital environments.

You’ll collaborate closely with developers, architects, and product teams to design, build, and deliver backend services that support business-critical integrations.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and deploy RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.

  • Develop scalable microservices and ensure seamless integration across systems.

  • Implement data models and manage SQL/NoSQL database integrations with Hibernate or similar frameworks.

  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Maven) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Ensure code quality, performance, and security through best practices and peer reviews.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You Bring

Technical Expertise:

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in backend development using Spring Boot.

  • Strong knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming principles.

  • Experience with API design best practices, including versioning, documentation, and security.

  • Familiarity with Spring Cloud, microservices, and containerization.

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git, and Maven.

  • Understanding of API security standards (OAuth2, JWT).

Professional Skills:

  • Proven track record delivering production-grade APIs in enterprise environments.

  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

  • Experience working in Agile teams with cross-functional collaboration.
