Appnovation is seeking an experienced Atlassian Consultant with strong Jira Align expertise to support enterprise-scale agile transformations. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on configuration and enjoys working closely with stakeholders to improve delivery maturity across organizations.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, leadership, and delivery organizations to design, implement, and optimize Jira Align and broader Atlassian ecosystem solutions that support agile at scale.

This is a contract role, suited for someone comfortable working in consulting environments and navigating complex enterprise landscapes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support Jira Align implementations and enhancements across enterprise environments
• Partner with stakeholders to understand delivery models, agile maturity, and reporting needs
• Configure Jira Align to support program-level planning, portfolio visibility, and execution tracking
• Help define and implement governance, workflows, and best practices across teams
• Align Jira Align with Jira Software and other Atlassian tools
• Support agile transformation initiatives and scaled agile frameworks (SAFe or similar)
• Provide guidance and training to delivery teams, product leaders, and executives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a consulting and client delivery environment

• You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• Strong experience with Jira Align (required)
• Experience with Jira Software and the Atlassian ecosystem
• Experience supporting scaled agile frameworks (SAFe or similar preferred)
• Experience working in enterprise or consulting environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate delivery needs into practical tooling solutions
