ABOUT THE ROLE
Appnovation’s Client Service team is the bridge between our partners’ business goals and our internal delivery excellence. This team focuses on nurturing long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. Working closely with the Delivery and Strategy teams, the Client Service Coordinator ensures that communication is seamless, expectations are exceeded, and the client’s voice is heard at every stage of the lifecycle.
YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO
- Assist Account Directors and Managers in overseeing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of client retention and satisfaction.
- Act as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries, ensuring timely responses and professional follow-ups.
- Work with the Delivery team to transition clients from the sales phase into active project discovery, ensuring all business context is shared.
- Assist in tracking account budgets, managing billing milestones, and ensuring timely invoicing and contract renewals.
- Help identify "up-sell" and "cross-sell" opportunities by understanding the client’s evolving business needs and market trends.
- Schedule and prepare materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and status meetings to showcase Appnovation’s value and impact.
MUST HAVES
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing or account coordination role, preferably within a digital consultancy or professional services environment. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
- Proven ability to build rapport with clients and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Understanding of digital marketing, technology trends, and how project deliverables translate into business ROI for clients.
- Experience managing administrative tasks such as CRM updates, contract tracking, and meeting minutes with high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism, working collaboratively to find "win-win" solutions.
- Excellent Cantonese and English written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical updates for business stakeholders.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Background in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or Brand Strategy.
- Intermediate proficiency in Mandarin.
