We are seeking a talented Senior Plugin Engineer (Unity) to join our dynamic team.

As a Senior Plugin Engineer (Unity) you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our Unity plugins for our mobile SDKs. Your work will be crucial in ensuring our product remains competitive, sustainable, and effective for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless, high-performance integrations that enhance the experience for end-users while maximizing revenue for publishers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plugin Development: Design, develop, and maintain Unity plugins that integrate with our mobile apps growth platform to provide seamless experiences.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure the plugins are optimized for performance and scalability, minimizing impact on game performance and user experience.
• Integration Support: Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams for integrating the plugins into various Unity-based applications.
• Feature Enhancement: Continuously enhance and update the plugins to support new features, ad formats, and industry standards.
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing and debugging processes to ensure the plugins are reliable, efficient, and free of bugs.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for the plugins, including integration guides, API references, and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align plugin development with business goals and user needs.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Unity development and ad technology to ensure our plugins remain competitive.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Unity development.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining Unity plugins.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in C# and Unity scripting API.
  • Strong understanding of Unity’s architecture, components, and asset pipeline.
  • Experience with ad integration and monetization strategies in Unity applications.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and network communication.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Innovation: A passion for staying current with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine) is a plus.
• Knowledge of advertising technology.
• Experience with mobile and cross-platform development.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
