You will be joining Appodeal at a pivotal time as we drive accelerated growth across our global demand and supply parts of the business. This is a crucial senior hire, with the responsibility of elevating the supply side of the business to new heights, and shaping the future of one of the fastest-growing and respected companies in mobile app advertising.

What we need:

We are seeking a Head of Global Supply to lead and oversee all supply-side sales efforts for our BidMachine exchange platform. In this senior role, you will manage and guide the global supply sales team, with people across APAC, Europe, and North America, responsible for shaping and driving a key strategic growth initiative that plays a critical role in accelerating the company's revenue growth.

What you will do:

  • Drive and implement the supply strategy to accelerate the growth of direct supply inventory, with a focus on SDK, CTV and other key channels.
  • Manage the global supply sales team with a view on expanding across different strategic geographies.
  • Leverage your strong network with global publishers with a commercially driven mindset.
  • Drawing upon your previous experience to create operational excellence across sales operations.
  • Build out longer-term initiatives that build the foundations for sustainable growth of direct inventory.

What we are looking for:

  • Exceptional track record of delivering strong sales results and exceeding targets in previous roles.
  • Extensive expertise in supply-side operations combined with a strategic, forward-thinking approach.
  • Action-oriented, collaborative team player with a passion for learning and a humble, growth-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business impact, lead change, and foster growth through systematic initiatives, commercial acumen, and innovation.
  • Proven capability in solving complex business challenges, developing actionable plans, and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams to success.
