Appodeal is looking for a driven and results-oriented Producer in Gaming to plan, develop, and execute the strategy for our partners’ casual and hybrid-casual mobile games.

The ideal candidate would have experience working with mobile games such as puzzles, word games, board-games, idle and tycoons. They will be collaborating with key company stakeholders on a daily basis to ensure we are on track for company goals while leading a team to ensure success.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee game portfolio and their implementation of roadmaps;
- Onboard and grow new studios;
- Coordinate work across various departments (UA, Monetization, Product, ASO, - Creatives, etc) to ensure revenue targets are met;
- Constantly search for a way to improve the performance of the apps and collaborate with our partners to get more insights;
- Be accountable for the revenue targets (quarterly and yearly) for the games’ portfolio;
- Provide actionable feedback based on marketability, retention, and LTV data.

Requirements:

- Professional experience in game development: production, publishing or studio management;
- Must have a high level of written and oral communication skills in Russian and English;
- Passion for mobile gaming;
- Expertise in LiveOps, monetization, and formation of short- and long-term product goals
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail;
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of product metrics
- Ability to identify and evolve quickly with mobile gaming trends.

Nice to Have:

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field;
