We are currently looking for an experienced Leader for the Delivery team with a strong focus on process management and a product ownership mindset. In this role, you will lead the team responsible for the successful delivery of a portfolio of product initiatives and driving continuous process improvements across the company to ensure scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business goals. Your team will collaborate closely with Product, Data, Server and SDK, Account Managers, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver impactful solutions. In addition, you will be expected to act with a product ownership mentality, ensuring that every initiative is delivered with a focus on value creation, customer needs, and strategic impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor delivery managers in managing initiatives efficiently, addressing challenges, and fostering professional growth.
• Oversee the successful delivery of initiatives within scope, budget, and timeline, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth coordination between teams and Business Units, aligning project goals and deliverables with broader business strategies and OKRs.
• Implement, analyze, and refine delivery principles, processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and quality.
• Help teams to identify, mitigate, and escalate risks to stakeholders and ensure contingency plans are in place.
• Establish standards and monitor quality to meet or exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, product teams, and other departments to align initiatives with company objectives.
• Forecast and allocate resources effectively to meet current and future demands.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a Delivery or Project Manager, with a strong focus on process management and delivering values.
• 5+ years of experience in the team leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think strategically and act with a product mindset.
• Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Advanced expertise with Jira for project management, tracking, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in English, with exceptional reporting and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Certification in Agile and/or Project Management.
• Work experience in a product company with a data-driven approach.
• Experience in AdTech or similar industries would be a plus.
