We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at a leading Mobile Ad Tech Company. As a Senior Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our mobile advertising technology solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of mobile advertising technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, and Sales to address client needs and issues.
  • Document and track support cases, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
  • Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Running internal product A/B tests.
  • English B2+.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in mobile advertising technology.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or customer service roles, preferably in the mobile advertising or ad tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of mobile advertising technology, including ad serving platforms, SDK integration, tracking mechanisms, and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to mobile applications, APIs, and web technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours and participate in on-call rotations as needed.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with mobile ad mediation platforms such as AppLovin MAX, IronSource, Chartboost, or Appodeal.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as C# (Unity), Java/Kotlin (Android), Swift/Objective-C (iOS).
  • Familiarity with SQL databases and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with mobile application development and debugging tools: Charles, XCode, Android Studio, etc.
