We’re looking for a hands-on Senior UA Manager with deep experience in Google Ads to scale campaigns, design smart strategies, and directly impact the growth of our casual mobile gaming portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow user acquisition through Google Ads: from daily ops to long-term strategy across multiple titles.
  • Drive hypothesis-led development of the Google Ads channel — improve its stability, scalability, and profitability through deep performance research and systematic experimentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the product, creative, ASO, and data science teams.
  • Run experiments fast, review results critically, and scale what works.
  • Maintain a strong partnership with Google Ads: explore beta tools, advocate for feature access, and stay ahead of platform changes.
  • Be a thought partner: share what you learn, help improve how the whole team thinks about UA.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in user acquisition, with a strong focus on Google Ads.
  • Proven experience managing large UA budgets and scaling campaigns for mobile games.
  • In-depth understanding of technical aspects of mobile marketing: attribution models, product and performance metrics, data flow, and the specifics of SRN platforms.
  • Experience working with BI tools such as Tableau or internal analytics systems.
  • Passion for mobile gaming and performance marketing.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset — able to work across functions and share learnings proactively.
