We’re looking for a Lead Marketing Analyst to drive strategic insights and unlock growth across our casual mobile gaming portfolio. In this role, you’ll go beyond hands-on analytics: you’ll lead the marketing analytics function, shape how we evaluate user acquisition performance, and ensure data-driven decision-making across growth initiatives.

You’ll be the bridge between raw data, data science models, and actionable UA strategy — guiding both leadership and execution teams toward smarter, faster, and more scalable growth.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, has deep expertise in mobile gaming UA, and can both execute complex analyses and mentor others in turning data into business results.

🛠 Responsibilities

• Lead marketing analytics efforts across paid UA channels, retention, and monetization
• Proactively identify inefficiencies, trends, and growth opportunities across the funnel
• Partner with UA, Creative, Product, and Monetization teams to guide campaign and portfolio-level strategy
• Define, oversee, and interpret experiments (creatives, offers, targeting, LTV uplift, etc.)
• Translate analytical findings into clear strategic recommendations for leadership and execution teams
• Collaborate with Data Science on forecasting, predictive modeling, and performance metrics, ensuring outputs are actionable for UA teams
• Build scalable frameworks, dashboards, and reporting processes to improve visibility and speed of decision-making
• Contribute to long-term growth strategy by identifying new data-driven levers for scale

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics within mobile gaming, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or lead capacity
• Deep understanding of UA mechanics, mobile ad ecosystems, and campaign performance measurement
• Advanced SQL skills; experience with large-scale databases (ClickHouse a strong plus)
• Confident in Python (Pandas, NumPy) for analysis and automation
• Skilled in building compelling data visualizations and dashboards (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, Metabase, or Power BI)
• Strong background in A/B testing — from design to interpretation and rollout
• Experience partnering with Data Science teams to operationalize models into growth strategies
• Excellent communication skills — able to influence stakeholders and tell compelling stories with data
• Proactive, strategic thinker with the ability to balance details with big-picture impact
• Experience with attribution platforms (Appsflyer, Adjust), AdTech tools, or UA campaign automation
