About BidMachine

BidMachine is a mobile ad exchange that connects publishers and advertisers, helping both sides maximize performance and revenue with transparent and scalable programmatic solutions. We are expanding in APAC and seeking a proactive Account Manager to strengthen client partnerships and drive success in the region.

Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for BidMachine’s APAC partners. You will manage and grow relationships with publishers and advertisers, ensuring they get the most out of our platform. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of mobile advertising and the APAC digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management

    • Serve as the main point of contact for APAC clients (publishers, advertisers, agencies).
    • Develop and maintain long-term partnerships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  • Account Growth & Optimization

    • Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and proactively suggest optimizations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Tech) to deliver tailored solutions and resolve client challenges.

  • Performance Analysis

    • Track KPIs and campaign performance using analytics tools.
    • Prepare regular reports and business reviews with actionable insights for clients.

  • Regional Expertise

    • Stay up to date on APAC digital advertising trends, platforms, and competitors.
    • Represent BidMachine at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in the region.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services, ideally within AdTech, Programmatic, or Mobile Advertising.
  • APAC Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of APAC advertising dynamics and client needs.
  • Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data to derive insights and drive decision-making.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with programmatic platforms (DSPs, SSPs, exchanges) and campaign metrics (CPM, eCPM, fill rate, CTR, ARPU).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
  • Languages: Fluency in English required; additional APAC languages (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, etc.) are a strong plus.
