As the Growth Marketing Manager for APAC, you will be responsible for driving user and revenue growth across the region. You will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies, scale partnerships, and optimize campaigns to generate measurable business results. This is a hands-on role for a self-starter with a strong understanding of digital advertising, performance marketing, and regional market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and own the growth marketing strategy for APAC, aligned with BidMachine’s global objectives.
      Identify key market opportunities, customer segments, and growth levers.

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization

    • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (performance, programmatic, paid social, search, and partnerships).
      Manage A/B testing, conversion optimization, and funnel analysis to improve ROI.

  • Partnership & Ecosystem Growth

    • Build relationships with local publishers, advertisers, and agencies.
      Represent BidMachine at APAC industry events, conferences, and webinars.

  • Data & Analytics

    • Use analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance.
      Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.

  • Collaboration

    • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
      Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in growth, performance, or digital marketing, preferably in AdTech, MarTech, or mobile gaming.
  • Regional Knowledge: Deep understanding of the APAC market (cultural nuances, platforms, consumer behavior, regulatory environment).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, etc.), campaign platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, DSPs), and marketing automation.
  • Mindset: Data-driven, analytical, and experimental, with a passion for growth.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of an additional APAC language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) is a strong plus.
