Responsibilities include:

● Transparent financial reporting to investors.

The company operates on real-time product data from internal BI systems, while financial statements are produced through NetSuite.
The CFO must ensure alignment between these systems.

Responsibilities include:

● Monitoring discrepancies between BI data and financial reporting.
● Building reconciliation frameworks between product metrics and accounting data.
● Working closely with product, engineering, and data teams.

Strategic Expansion Capabilities
Over time, the CFO will build capabilities for:
● Corporate development and M&A.
● Tax optimization.
● Strategic transaction readiness (potential sale or strategic partnerships).
These capabilities may be developed through specialized leaders reporting to the CFO (e.g., CorpDev, Tax).
