We are seeking a talented Campaign Analyst to join our User Acquisition team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up the campaigns' buying strategies and making sure they reach our clients’ goals through daily monitoring and optimization.
This is a critical support role with outstanding growth projections. The candidate should have a mix of business-oriented and analytical mindset, to understand the short and long-term challenges the mobile advertising campaigns are facing and use the tons of data available to get powerful insights to resolve them and create the most effective strategies and algorithms to help improve the Appodeal platform
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage the programmatic ecosystem and attribution knowledge to build, operate, analyze and optimize campaigns following the best strategies to achieve our clients’ goals.
- Own and set up client’s User Acquisition campaigns as a member of the Account Management team and in direct collaboration with our Product function.
- Understand client needs and make recommendations that will directly impact on our company revenue through analyzing their performance across the main target KPI’s (CPM’s, IPM’s, CPI’s, CPA’s, ROAS, etc). Highly performance-focused.
- Analyze large, complex data sets containing the behavior of millions of mobile users worldwide to provide the right strategic and operational decisions.
- A/B test different variable changes using Appodeal DSP and share the results among the team to keep improving performance.
- Help develop and improve our operational and product tools and processes to ensure data influences decisions at all levels of the company. Effective communication is required.
Requirements
- Highly motivated and driven individual with a STEM degree or technical MsC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Fluency in English communication, both verbal and written.
- Data and performance-driven mindset and proven working experience in large data sets, understanding of analytic methodologies for data evaluation.
- Resilient individual with the ability to adapt and adjust to regular changes in priorities due to the nature of our fast-paced environment.
- Feedback hungry, critical thinking, high resolution, working autonomy and proactivity are a MUST.
- Proven ability to solve data-related problems using creative thinking.
- Desire to build something BIG!
- Based in Barcelona or ready to relocate to Barcelona.
Nice to Have
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python.
- Experience in Ad Tech and/or F2P Gaming industries.
