We connect premium supply from the top 100 casual games with high-performing demand partners — SSPs, DSPs, networks, and agencies — through a transparent, high-efficiency programmatic ecosystem.

 Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Business Operations to be the connective tissue across our core functional teams: Supply Customer Success, Demand Customer Success, New Business Development, and Activation. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, cross-team alignment, and scalable growth across our exchange.

You’ll partner closely with the Head of Exchange to drive strategic initiatives, streamline workflows, and elevate the performance of our customer-facing teams. You’ll also serve as a key interface with Data/Analytics, FP&A,  Product and HR — helping keeping the team on goal, ensuring data is flowing back to the functional areas and shaping near-term enhancements and long-term innovation as we expand into new frontiers like CTV and eCommerce.

 Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Leadership:
    • Serve as the operational bridge between Supply CS, Demand CS, New Business, and Activation teams
    • Design and implement processes that improve coordination, accountability, and speed across functions
    • Lead weekly cross-team syncs and quarterly planning sessions to align goals and execution
    • Collaborate with adjacent business units, especially our DSP team, to align on priorities, share operational insights, and ensure coordinated planning across the broader organization.
  • Operational Strategy & Execution:
    • Participate in the creation of the business strategy by synthesizing inputs from all functional areas and leadership, then owns ensuring its execution through cascading goals, accountability frameworks, and relentless progress tracking across teams
    • Identify bottlenecks and implement systems to improve throughput and reduce friction. 
  • Product Collaboration & Strategic Planning:
    • Act as the business-side liaison to the Product team, surfacing near-term enhancement opportunities from CS and BD teams
    • Help prioritize product roadmap items that unlock revenue, improve partner experience, or streamline operations
    • Collaborate with Product leadership on the 2026 Strategic Plan — including growth initiatives in CTV, eCommerce, and new monetization channels
  • Performance & Reporting:
    • Own operational OKRs across supply and demand functions
    • Oversee cross-team performance targets, track progress against goals, and support team leads in maintaining accountability and execution.
    • Participate and ensure we have the necessary dashboards and reporting frameworks to track partner activation, campaign performance, and team efficiency.  Specifically delivering clear concise Dashboards for Finance and Senior Leader to understand our progress daily, weekly, monthly quarterly, yearly
    • Support leadership with insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making
  • Team Enablement & Culture:
    • Champion a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
    • Mentor team leads and help scale operational playbooks as the business grows
    • Ensure teams are equipped with the tools, documentation, and support they need to succeed

 What You Bring

  • 7+ years in business operations, revenue operations, or program management — ideally in adtech, martech, or mobile gaming
  • Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives in high-growth environments
  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, SSPs/DSPs, and mobile app monetization
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, SQL, Excel)
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills
  • A bias for action, systems thinking, and a love of solving complex puzzles

 Bonus Points

  • Experience working with casual gaming publishers or mobile-first ad platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM, workflow automation, and partner onboarding tools
  • You’ve built or scaled a CS or BD operations function before
  • Exposure to CTV, eCommerce, or emerging ad formats
