About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Publisher Sales Director (Non-Gaming) to accelerate adoption of our SDK and monetization solutions among non-gaming apps. You will leverage strong relationships across the supply-side ecosystem, combined with a deep understanding of the mobile advertising space, to close new publisher partnerships and upsell additional monetization solutions.

This is an opportunity to join a high-growth, high-impact team and directly shape BidMachine’s next stage of expansion.

 

Key Responsibilities:

New Business

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new non-gaming publisher accounts for BidMachine, exceeding quarterly sales quotas

  • Negotiate commercial agreements that deliver long-term value for both BidMachine and its customers

Onboarding & Account Development

  • Build senior-level relationships with decision-makers at publisher organizations

  • Work cross-functionally with Ad Ops, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and reliable ongoing support

Market Insight & Evangelism

  • Act as the voice of publishers by providing structured feedback on feature gaps, monetization trends, and competitive activity

  • Champion the benefits of BidMachine and its broader portfolio of monetization solutions

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong existing relationships across the non-gaming app ecosystem

  • A proven and exceptional track record of closing new business with non-gaming publishers and managing a portfolio of accounts

  • Deep knowledge of the mobile ad tech ecosystem

  • Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships

  • An analytical mindset, with the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
