About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Gaming Division in Barcelona. This is a newly created, strategic role reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer of Gaming.
Our Gaming Division operates a portfolio of casual mobile games played by millions of users worldwide. We have a strong Product team — experienced PMs who own their games end-to-end — and we need someone to own the operational layer that sits beneath them: processes, execution rhythm, cross-team coordination, and the systems that keep everything running smoothly.
Your mission is simple: free our Product Managers to focus on what they do best — building great games — by owning everything in between. You'll also play a forward-looking role in identifying how AI tools and automation can increase the speed and quality of how our team operates.
Key Responsibilities

Your mission is simple: free our Product Managers to focus on what they do best — building great games — by owning everything in between. You'll also play a forward-looking role in identifying how AI tools and automation can increase the speed and quality of how our team operates.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the execution layer: Manage the operational processes that support multiple product teams simultaneously — sprint planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and risk identification.
- Drive cross-functional coordination: Act as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Design, LiveOps, and Data teams, ensuring alignment and unblocking progress.
- Build and improve processes: Audit current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement lightweight, scalable processes that help the team move faster without adding friction.
- AI & Automation: Proactively explore and implement AI tools, automations, and agent-based workflows that reduce manual work and accelerate team output. Be the person who asks "can this be automated?" before anyone else does.
- Reporting and visibility: Own the operational reporting layer — dashboards, status updates, and leadership summaries — so the team has clear visibility at all times.
- Facilitate decision-making: Structure key meetings, document outcomes, and ensure follow-through on decisions across the division.
- Onboarding and tooling: Own the team's PM tooling stack (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and ensure it's set up to support rather than slow down the team.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Requirements
- 6+ years of Project Management experience in mobile gaming or the broader games industry
- Track record of improving execution: Experience auditing and redesigning workflows to reduce overhead and increase team velocity
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills: Ability to align diverse stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Business without direct authority
- Mobile gaming background: Experience working in or closely alongside mobile game product teams — you understand the cadence, the metrics, and the culture
- Jira expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with Jira — you will own the tool configuration, workflows, and best practices for the entire division
- AI & Automation mindset: Genuine interest in and hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Make, or similar) applied to real team workflows
- Data literacy: Comfortable working with dashboards, KPIs, and operational metrics — and building the systems to track them
- Communication and documentation: Excellent written communication in English; able to produce clear, concise updates for both team and leadership audiences
- Barcelona-based: This is a fully on-site role at our Barcelona office
Nice-to-Have
- Hands-on experience with automation scripting (Python basics) or no-code tools (Make, n8n)
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (Amplitude, Firebase, GameAnalytics)
- Experience working in a multi-game or multi-product environment
