About the Team

The Ecosystem team at AppOmni is focused on delivering complete SaaS visibility, from uncovering shadow applications through Discovery to mapping every user and integration through Identity. We strive to create magical experiences that give security teams confidence they are always ahead of their evolving SaaS environments. Beyond core features, we work closely with Posture Management and Threat Detection teams to deliver seamless, unified experiences across the platform. As we process and secure hundreds of millions of identities across hundreds of SaaS applications, we are building a future where managing the full SaaS ecosystem is effortless, scalable, and secure. What you’ll do

You’ll work closely with your product partners and design teammates to shape the future of AppOmni. You’ll continue to help us build the fastest and most intuitive SaaS Discovery and Identity experiences. You’ll explore new features and products that expand AppOmni’s footprint and outcomes for our users. You’ll do all this by obsessing over the look and feel of the entire experience, ensuring AppOmni stands out as the most preferred way to secure SaaS applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design magical, industry-leading security experiences
    Work with engineering and product to design, build, and launch user-facing product experiences
  • Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with design and company leadership
    Collaborate deeply with security experts to translate complex technical workflows into elegant product interfaces
  • Use AI-based design tooling (V0, Lovable, Bolt, etc.) to explore, prototype, and test ideas
    Champion user needs – through research, journey mapping, and data – in every stage of the product lifecycle
  • Help shape our design culture and practice as we scale

 

Who you are

We’re looking for a designer who thrives in high-ownership environments and loves turning complex technical challenges into intuitive, elegant solutions. You’re excited to work on products that protect people and their data. You have an eye for detail, an ear for users, and a dedication to craft.

Minimum Requirements

  • Has 7+ years of relevant product design experience at an enterprise tech company
  • Strong skills in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping demonstrated through a portfolio of work
  • Is skilled in explaining your work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders and crave feedback to help you produce your best work
  • Strong understanding of UI and UX principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and prototyping tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams

Preferred Requirements

  • Cybersecurity product design experience cloud security, identity, SIEM, or endpoint security preferred
  • Eager to experiment with AI-accelerated workflows 
  • Thrives in ambiguity and collaborates well with PMs, engineers, and security practitioners
  • Familiarity with frontend development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Vue.js
  • Experience leading changes to a design systems

We're committed to pay equity and transparency and encourage all candidates to discuss their salary expectations with us early in the application process.

Our total rewards package includes the following:

  • Base Salary: The annual base salary compensation range in the U.S. for this role is $175,000 - $205,000. Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as the final candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as business considerations and peer compensation.
