Your Role as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage a fast-paced, full-cycle recruiting desk. This role is central to scaling our SaaS organization, requiring exceptional planning and stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for balancing a heavy requisition load of 20+ open roles concurrently, ensuring rapid time-to-fill with top-tier execution. This requires a proven ability to deliver a high-touch, consistent candidate experience that results in the hire of high-quality, aligned talent.
A Day in the Life of a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter:
- High-Volume Requisition Management: Own the entire recruiting process from initiation to final hire (the full lifecycle) for 20+ active requisitions across multiple departments (e.g., Sales, G&A, Engineering) and regions (e.g., Americas and EMEA) prioritizing needs daily to meet aggressive hiring targets.
- Sourcing & Pipeline Generation: Proactively build and maintain diverse, robust pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and other sourcing tools to minimize time-to-fill metrics.
- Strategic Requirement Analysis: Deeply analyze job descriptions and hiring profiles to identify critical success factors, translating requirements into highly effective search criteria for screening resumes and sourcing passive candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring prompt follow-up, transparent communication, and a positive experience throughout all stages of the process.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing coaching on interview best practices and driving alignment on candidate profiles.
- Background Check Management: Oversee the initiation and tracking of candidate background checks and screenings post-offer acceptance.
- Onboarding Handoff: Ensure a seamless transition for all new hires post-offer acceptance, coordinating with the People & Culture (P&C) team to initiate the internal onboarding and new hire process.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced tech or high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing a load of 20+ open requisitions simultaneously.
- Proven expertise in active sourcing across various channels to build diverse pipelines quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and clearly manage candidate expectations.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and talent CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse).
